HuertaTerms of Use

These terms apply to the Huerta app. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted.
Huerta Plus
- Huerta Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, offered yearly and monthly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that.
- If you start a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Gardening guidance
Huerta gives general guidance for growing plants at home. Plants depend on weather, light, soil, pests and many things the app can’t see, so we can’t guarantee results or a harvest. Use your judgment, follow the instructions that come with seeds, soil and plant food, and keep products away from children and pets. Don’t eat anything you aren’t sure is safe.
Your content
Photos and notes you add stay yours and stay on your device. If you share a growth story image, you’re responsible for what you share.
Acceptable use
Don’t reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of plants or crops.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Huerta after a change means you accept it.
